What is HEPA?

HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters must remove 99.97% of particles. To bring clean air to your home, Wynd has designed its proprietary V-Series HEPA filters with a triple layer system, infused with activated carbon and silver for extra strength.

  1. Antimicrobial pre-filter
    Interlaced with germ-killing silver
  2. Coconut shell activated carbons
    Removes toxic gasses
  3. HEPA filter + carbon
    Removes Particulates

4x as effective

WYND's filters contain 2 times the surface area of typical air purifier filters. This, on top of that the Max Purifier's dual filter system, creates super-fast cleaning speeds and significantly lengthened filter lives. What this translates to on your end is more savings and clean air.

Brain behind the brawn

The Wynd app is smart enough to figure out how used-up your filters are and will alert you when they need to be changed. You can even order your filters through the app.

Never worry about your air again

The WYND Max Purifier's filter removes pollutants big and small from the air. Even smoke particles less than 0.1 micron large can't get past this powerful system.

FAQ

Are the Max Purifier filters HEPA?

The Max Purifier filters are our own proprietary HEPA filters. They are rated as an H13 True HEPA filter capable of filtering out particulates at the 0.3 ug/m3 size range at a 99.97% filtration rate.

What are your filters made out of?

Our filters contain 3 filter layers: the Antimicrobial Prefilter, which is laced with silver particles that are known to kill germs and bacteria, the Coconut Shell Activated Carbon layer, which is used to remove toxic gasses, and the HEPA-filter + Carbon layer, which removes particulates.

How long do the filters last?

If you live in a heavily polluted area or like to keep your purifier at medium to high speeds constantly, we recommend changing your filters every 6 months. If you live in an area of light pollution and use your purifier intermittently you can get anywhere from 6 to 12 months of usage.

How do I know when to replace my filters?

We generally recommend replacing your filter at least every 6 months but your app can tell you when your filter needs to be replaced. To learn more about this please refer to our Guide and Tip section.
