How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free in the US.

Do you ship internationally? If so, what countries do you ship to?

We do offer international shipping options to the following countries:

How long does shipping usually take?

Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive. For international orders, please allow for more time. The tracking information provided will give you a better estimate of your order’s date of arrival.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Depending on where you live in the US you may not be charged sales tax. We recommend checking your state’s sales tax laws concerning out of state purchases.

What is your return policy?

We have a 100-day money back guarantee for all of our products. Within the 100-day period, if you are not satisfied with your product(s) you can return them for a full refund. All you have to do is pay for return shipping.

*Only applies to products ordered through our website. Customers that made purchases through Apple, Best Buy, Amazon, or other third-party sellers will need to initiate returns following the guidelines of the seller that the product was purchased from.

**Excludes KN95 masks

Can I return KN-95 masks?

We can not accept refunds for the KN-95 masks after they have been received by the customer. We take our customers’ safety very seriously which is why we package our masks in air-tight packaging from the factory. We are confident that all masks that are shipped are 100% safe to use, however, once the masks have arrived at their destined location we can no longer verify that those products have not been tampered with.

For this reason, all mask sales are final once the customer has received their order. We apologize for any inconvenience

What kind of warranty do your products come with?

Our products come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers hardware and software defects.

If you own a subscription service for the Plus, Essential, or Max Purifier your warranty will be extended for the duration that you hold the corresponding subscription service.

*Warranty excludes KN-95 Masks

I ordered a Family Bundle or Max Purifier + Halo Bundle but one or more of the products are on pre-order. Can I still have my other product shipped now?

Yes, if you would like your other products before the pre-order shipment has arrived, please contact customer support and request to have your products sent now.

Can I return filters?

Yes, we do allow for filters to be returned as long as they have not been removed from the original packaging.
