How does your subscription service work?

When you sign up for our subscription service we will send you a replacement filter every 3 months for the Plus/Essential and a replacement filter set every 6 months for the Max Purifier.

While you own the subscription service you will also have an extended product warranty for the duration that you have the subscription service and you will receive an additional 10% off any future purchases through our website (some restrictions apply).

Can I control when I want the filters to come?

Yes, just log into your Wynd Shopify account and click "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS". You can change the intervals. Reach out to customer support if you have any additional questions.

What can I use my 10% discount code on from the subscription service?

Your 10% discount is valid for all orders excluding other subscription services.

Can I cancel my subscription service?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription service at any time. Log in to access subscription account here.
