How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the U.S. is free, except for the Home Purifier due to its large size. Outside the U.S., shipping is determined by the quantity, size, and distance from our warehouses.
How long does it take to ship in the US?
Shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 2 days. After you place your order, you can use the tracking code sent to your email to follow your order.
How long does it take to ship internationally?
The time it takes to receive an international order depends on your distance from our warehouses and accessibility of the location.
When do pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders will begin shipping in June. Please allow for a few additional days in order for your order to be shipped from our warehouses.
How often are subscriptions deliveries sent?
Subscriptions are sent bi-annually. After you place a subscription order, a filter set will be sent to you immediately. Every 6 months after that, an additional two filters will be sent to your address.
How do I return a product?
To return a product, simply reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your refund, attach the shipping label included in your delivery, and drop the package off at your nearest post office. After we have received your return, we will send your refund. Please allow a few days for the payment to be processed.
What is the return policy?
We have a 100-day return policy for all Wynd products. If you don't love it, simply reach out and request a refund.
Do Wynd products come with a warranty?
Wynd products come with a 100-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, or if you believe you received a defective unit, reach out to email@example.com to arrange a replacement or refund. If you would like to extend your warranty, we offer protection plans through Extend at checkout.
